Pretty impressed.. Spot on BBQ in a traditional package. Reminds me of those great BBQ spots you find on the back roads towns of Missouri with the added benefit of competition pros running the show.

Excellent little place in Belton. Good smoke on the meats. BBQ sauce was a little below average. Good skin on fries.
