Excelente y bien cuidada cocina. La pierna de cerco rostizada se cocina a fuego alto por poco tiempo. Así la carne tiene una consistencia de casi chicharrón y la carne queda jugosa y en su punto.

Auch für Österreicher geeignet! Coole idee unsere klassiker schmackhaft "to go" zuzubereiten! Ich empfehle ein kühles "Milchbubi" dazu.
