Very busy location, but that's because Peet's is so good and the service here is exceptional. My friend Francisco is always treated with a smile when he visits them

Huge variety of teas, not like Starbucks.. Try the almond croissant, that's my fav :)

The bathroom is super gross. Avoid if possible, BTW you need to get the key from inside.
