ALSO, ***DO NOT*** believe what Cust Serv. Reps tell you on the phone. Apparently everyone is NOT on the same page & will completely waste valuable time(your entire extended lunch break like me!)

Fridays after 3PM is not a good time to go to this branch...or this probably applies to any bank. Tellers need to put some pep in their step & customers need to have their info/papers READY
