I love the food, but the staff is absolutely horrible. They are rude and make you feel like you are and inconvenience. We live in Oak Grove but will drive to Lee's Summit or to Independence.

I'm not sold on the flavors, i feel like something is missing. But the food has been fresh every time. Lines are crazy long though!

Love the Chipotle company, HATE this location. Line moves too slow & it's because no one is working efficiently. Slooooow. Get back in your car & go to the Chipotle in Independence on 40 Hwy.
